Scream Team Quest progress not registering
I'm facing an issue with the Scream Team Quest in EA FC Mobile, where the daily match completion tasks are not registering despite completing matches in the Scream Team Challenge.
Issue Description:
The Scream Team Quest runs for 4 days, with multiple tasks unlocked each day. One of the recurring tasks requires players to complete a specific number of matches in the Scream Team Challenge.
- Day 1: Complete 5 matches.
- Day 2: Complete a total of 10 matches.
- By Day 4: Complete a total of 30 matches.
However, even after playing and completing matches in the Scream Team Challenge, the task counter remains stuck at 0/5 instead of progressing to 1/5, 2/5, and so on.
Why I Believe This Is a Bug:
As the quest explicitly says "Complete Matches", rather than "Win Matches", my understanding is that winning is not a requirement. Simply playing and completing the matches should count towards the quest progression.
Expected Behaviour:
1. Every completed match in the Scream Team Challenge should increment the quest counter.
2. The counter should update progressively (1/5, 2/5, 3/5, etc.).
3. Winning should not be mandatory unless explicitly stated in the task description.
Request: Please investigate this issue and fix the quest progression bug. Also, please clarify whether matches need to be won or whether simply completing them is sufficient.
Currently, this issue is preventing players from making progress towards completing the Scream Team Quest rewards.
