Screen freezes in vsa and sometimes in h2h

Same thing also happening to me after update. It freezes and waste ur time in vsa and sometimes in h2h. Due to this i am at zero stars while i was continusly 50 stars in previous events.  Tried everything lowering graphics, deleting and redownloading the game etc etc..

    Hey.  Since you've already tried reinstalling the game and lowering graphics settings, could you let us know:

    • Your device model
    • Android or iOS version
    • FC Mobile app version
    • Whether the freeze happens before kickoff, during gameplay, or after scoring
    • Whether you're using Wi-Fi, mobile data, or both

    A few troubleshooting steps that have been suggested on the forums include:

    1. Fully close FC Mobile and clear the app cache before launching the game again.
    2. Make sure your device has sufficient free storage available.
    3. Test both Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the behavior changes.
    4. If possible, record a short video showing the freeze and share it with us.

    I am also facing this same issue all division rivals mode are okay but when I start vsa it loads to 100% and after sometime it shows server connection lost I am losing all the matches due to this disconnection . And this is happening regularly I changed my profile banner and everything but after loading to 100 % it is always getting disconnected what am I supposed to do .
