Server Region Issue—High Ping After VPN Use

Hi EA Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with my FC Mobile account. Initially, my ping was in the 22–50 ms range, but after using a VPN set to the UK region to play with a friend, my ping jumped to around 400–500 ms. Now, even after turning off the VPN, it seems my account is stuck on a UK server or region. I tried reinstalling the game—this temporarily restores my normal 22 ms ping, but after playing any match, it reverts back to the high latency.

I’m unable to play properly due to this lag. Could you assist in resetting my account’s region or server allocation back to my original region? I appreciate any help you can provide to resolve this!
