Severe Lag and Unresponsive Players in Head-to-Head Matches

Dear EA FC Mobile Support,

I am experiencing a serious gameplay and network issue during Head-to-Head matches. My players become extremely slow and unresponsive during matches. Their movement becomes delayed, passes become weak and slow, and the controls do not respond properly.

I initially thought the problem was caused by my eSIM/mobile network, but I experience the same issue even when using Wi-Fi. This makes the game very difficult to play, especially in competitive matches.

Please investigate my account and connection/gameplay performance to determine what is causing this issue. I would appreciate any help or solution you can provide.
