Shard exchange not working

Though I have Captain Player but I am unable to exchange Captains Shard by exchanging this captain players. There is no option of adding players, so please fix this my issue early 

After update .the players whom we got as rewards in division rivals packs. We cant exhange them with shards.

I dont know this is a bug or anything else

Está acontecendo a mesma coisa comigo... A EA SPORTS tem que resolver este problema. Estou perdendo muitos fragmentos

Eu já tentei isso, porém não dá certo... Talvez seja um bug mesmo.

EA, why did you change the requirements to only untradeable players in the shards exchange section? It was nice when we could exchange both tradeable and untradeable players. Please change the requirements to just 104+ OVR players ( Tradeable and Untradeable ).

we are unable to add player to exchange for there seems to glitch as player with 104ovr and tradable dont seem to show up in exchange.
