Unable to Exchange Players for Shards – Players Still Shown as In Lineup

After update of fc 27 for mobile players are not available for exchange in shards of numero event it say they are in line up even if we have remove them from line up

• Heyy there is a glitch , my 120 lampard 120 diaz and 121 shevchenko are not exchanging for shards , few players are not exchanging , our shards are in danger , I was about to claim mbappe , plzz broo spread this info , so that ea could bring content update

Hi EA Support, I’m having a problem with FC Mobile. I’m trying to exchange my 125 OVR Yıldız for Star Signings shards, but the game says “In Lineup.”

I already removed Yıldız from my starting lineup and checked my Game Plans. He is still showing in my Reserves, but I cannot select or remove him in Edit. I also tried putting him into the lineup and removing him again, but the problem is still there.

Please check my account and fix Yıldız’s lineup status so I can exchange him for the 3,500 Star Signings shards.

hello it's urgent please update yourbsoftware because I'm using Samsung galaxy A06 and the playstore keep telling me not compatible it is an issue that affects many of us yet this phone meets all the necessary requirements,,,so please fix this bug as soon as possible 

my players are not in lineup but it still showing that its inineup,i want to exchange them,what should i do,fix this bug please

i can't exchange my players into the shards in the star signings. i already did remove my players that i want to exchange in my formation. please fix this problem as fast as possible

 I want to exchange my player for a Star Shard, but it says I can't because the player is in the squad—even though he isn't.

Hello EA support after this fc 27 update of 3rd anniversary in my account . In the signings we aren't able to sell our players for shards . They aren't in our lineup but its still showing up. As a loyal fc player and supporter i hope you'll soon look into this problem and fix it as soon as possible.if there is any concern here's my UID  - removed

Same thing is happening with me i want to get 122 mbappe and it wont let me exchange players
