SHARDS EXCHANGE GLITCH

Hi EA Sports, I am reported a bug in the Shard Exchange. I just bow bought a 119 Dembele with my Earned Shards. I have it on video. But when I looked into my Reserves after I packed him, he wasn't there. Please EA Sports, give me a compensation gift or give me back my shards. This is outrageous. Imagine buying a 119 OVR player with your hard earned shards. Then that player to dissappear moments after purchasing it. My ID in Fc Mobile is [UID Removed - CM]. My User is EL_DIABLO_ROJO_7. Please Fix This EA I'm begging you.
