Sold a player and didn't receive my money

This morning around 6:50 I put my 110 st müler for sale for 423mil, about 10 min ago i "collected" the money and when I pressed it I didn't receive my coins not a single coin when up in my money I'm still stuck on 500k coins and I'm not happy about that if ea don't do nothing about it i will go up to the building myself and we will have a chat
