@cf60b11399049fa3 You can’t claim all purchases and sales at once - only all purchases or all sales separately - did you take a screen shot of your transactions screen after you had claimed all purchases?

I didn’t have a reason to screenshot the transactions as I never had an issue before playing this game or fifa mobile prior. Once i realised the sale of the player, didn’t give me the 140 million approx I would have got off the sale, it was too late to screenshot. Also been waiting now 2 days for EA Help to reply to my update message and it’s been ignored. So looks like this is going to unresolved which is disappointing
