Some Ads doesn’t allow exit

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:iOS
What's your device's make and model? iPad Pro 11 inch 3rd Gen
What's your device's firmware? 17.4.1
What is your game version? 21.0.04.360315
In what game mode did the bug occur? Ads
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Certain ads doesn’t have a closing button after countdown.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 08:39 AM

Certain ads (I can recall two, and captured one) doesn’t show closing button, forcing me to have to restart the EAFC app to proceed.

The NIKKE ad is one of them. See the screen shot of the countdown starting, and at the end of the countdown (but no closing button). I have to then proceed to restart the EAFC app, and don’t get to redeem the reward for the ad I had to sit through.

The other ad I haven’t yet seen again, but it was a “combination” ad with two links.
