Error msg started today. Internet connection speed and phone storage fine. iOS up to date. Have offloaded, deleted, reinstalled app. Cleared history, toggled WiFi, vpn, game centre, tracking, dns server. Error msg shows every time on app start up. Tried opening on different phone, same account, same WiFi, same problem. Out of ideas! Help please EA.

Same for me. The only way I can access the game on my iPhone is via a VPN. But it seems to work fine without a VPN on my iPad on the same network.

Exactly the same happened to my iPhone.In My case, mobile data worked fine, but only WiFi didn't work.
Same issue it looks like several players are having the same problem. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now I can’t reinstall the game on my iPhone. I reached out to SUPPORT on my iPad, but I have not received a response.
