Payment completed but item not received !! For Second Time

Hello EA Support,

This is now the second time I have been charged for a purchase in FC Mobile without receiving the item I paid for.

Google Play has successfully processed the transaction, my funds have been deducted, and I have already provided valid proof of purchase. Despite this, the purchased item has still not been delivered to my account.

As a paying customer, I consider this completely unacceptable. I have spent real money on content that EA has failed to deliver.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to publicly share my experience through social media, gaming communities, and consumer review platforms so that other players are aware of the risks associated with purchases in FC Mobile.

I am requesting an immediate investigation and a clear resolution, either through delivery of the missing item or an appropriate compensation.

I expect a response from a human representative and a concrete solution rather than an automated reply.
