Stadium problems

I have been playing this game since 2024  and I only got one stadium the rest I didn’t get them whenever I play the game it shows me like a red dot thing that I have to claim something when I try they will be nothing I tried offloading the app and reinstall it but it seems like it is still the same  I even restarted my phone doesn’t work even to delete and install it again still showing the same thing what should I do to change the stadium
