Star signings bug

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Alan Shearer Star Signings Bug and Request for 5,000 Star Shards

Dear EA SPORTS FC Mobile Support Team,

I am writing to complain about a frustrating bug in the Star Signings event.

My Alan Shearer card is originally 119 OVR and has been ranked up to 124 OVR. However, when I try to release him for Star Shards, the game says he is “In Lineup,” even though I have checked my main team, all my Game Plans, and my 3rd Anniversary Gauntlet lineup. He is not in any of them.

I have worked very hard to earn this player, and it is disappointing that a game bug is preventing me from receiving the Star Shards I should be able to claim. I have also checked the player details, but I still cannot resolve the issue.

I respectfully request that your team investigate and fix this problem on my account. Because this bug has prevented me from receiving my expected reward, I am asking for 5,000 Star Shards as compensation.

Please let me know how you resolve this issue. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and provide a fair solution.
