Still issues in division rivals

I tried entering a H2H match, it told me the match request has expired, but the timer kept counting looking for a match. I couldn't cancel it or do anything at all. I had to exit the game and when I opened the game again and tried to enter a match again, it told me that there's already a match underway, but I was never in a match and I couldn't enter a match. So now I lost my opportunity to reach FC champion. It seems like we're purposefully being held back from reaching higher devisions.

And before you ask, I'm using an Android phone (Android version 13) and the game was downloaded from the app store
