Still NO Compensation after 3 Weeks for wrongly Untradable Players

It’s been over 3 weeks since the bugged Festive Fixtures Select Player Pro C pack was in the shop and there has been no compensation for players who received untradable cards from the Festive Fixtures Select Player Pro C pack that should‘ve been tradable which has been acknowledged by EA.

My case (iOS, UID: *removed for account safety):

• Bought the Festive Fixtures Select Player Pro C pack for 3,500 FC Points that guaranteed 113-115 OVR Festive Fixtures Player. The pack contained players which weren‘t supposed to be released at that time and were untradable although the pack was supposed to be a tradable pack.
• It was said here in the forum the containing week 3 players will turn tradable once they are officially released in the event which did not happen (that wasn‘t an official EA mod statement tho).
• I pulled: Untradable 114 OVR Viktor Gyökeres (ST) a Week 3 player not released at the time that would’ve been worth 8-9B coins if tradable at the time of his release.

Forum mods mentioned the bug is resolved for new packs/rewards, but old pulls like mine remain untradable. Still no retroactive fix, coins or refund. Several more players are affected.

EA_Pulsar​EA_Barry​EA_Edu​ : Hoping for an update on compensation for those impacted such as refunding FC Points/Gems or crediting coin value.
