Still no delivery from WORLDCHAMPIONSHIP26 redeem code

I submitted the redeem code well within the time it was valid and I have still not had the items you are meant to get from the code.

This is meant to have been a known bug and there is still no fix. What is going on and what are EA going to do about this?

Following the amount of glitches there have been recently, including a couple of resource exploits two weeks on the bounce, why are EA ignoring the player base who have suffered as a result of this?
