1 day agoHi! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Store. Please try the following steps anbd let us know if that helps:
- Force close FC Mobile and reopen it.
- Restart your device.
- Make sure you're using the latest version of the game.
- If you're on Android, clear the game's cache (don't clear data unless you're sure your account is linked).
- Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out a connection issue.
