Hello EA Support,

I am having an issue with the in-game store in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.  

My account is linked with my EA ID (not Google or Facebook), and everything else in the game works fine. However, the store does not open at all — it keeps loading and never shows any items.

Details:

- EA ID Email: [your EA email here]

- In-game Username: [your in-game name here]

- Device: [your phone model and OS version]

- Internet connection: Stable and tested on Wi-Fi and mobile data

- Steps tried: Cleared cache, reinstalled the game, changed network, logged out and in, but the store still does not load.

Please check my account and help fix the store issue. I believe it might be related to my account synchronization with the server.
