Stuck in guest mode

Hello EA Support Team,

My FC Mobile account is stuck in Guest mode on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A9. Even after:

Clearing cache

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app

Using the same SIM card

…the game only shows the Guest login and I cannot access my original account.

In-game name: Adhinath

OVR: 117

Level: 53

EA account email linked to this account: [Your EA Email Here]

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab A9, Android version [Your Android Version]

Please help me recover my original account. I want to log back into my 117 OVR squad safely.
