Stuck on Post-Match Screen After Finishing a Match

after finish a match i just stuck at post match transition and can't do anything.. only can see the stadium and hear background sound .. after reinstall and lowering graphics few times doesn't fix it .. it's a bug and not my phone

    Hi!Welcome to our forums.
    On which device are you playing? Could you also try playing on a different network (ISP), switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and let us know if the issue still happens?
