Subject: FC Mobile 27 Bug – Players locked

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a frustrating bug in FC Mobile 27. In the Star Signings section, two of my players, including Steven Bergwijn, are marked as “In Lineup,” even though they are not in any of my active lineups. Because of this, I cannot exchange them for Star Signings tokens.

I completed the Anniversary Gauntlet event, and the event has now disappeared from the game. I can no longer access its matches or saved lineups to remove these players. The only Anniversary content currently available to me is the 15-match Anniversary event.

I have checked my regular lineups, but the issue remains. This is preventing me from using my own players and claiming the tokens I should be able to receive.

Please investigate this issue and provide a proper solution. If the Gauntlet event is no longer available, please find another way to remove the incorrect lineup restriction from these players or fix their status on my account.

I have screenshots showing the problem and can provide them as evidence.

Please do not send me generic instructions to check my lineups or reopen Gauntlet, because the event is no longer available in my game.
