Subject: FC Mobile Scouting Camp Ticket Reward Stuck

Hello EA Support,

 

I completed the required activity and received a Scouting Camp Ticket reward. The congratulations screen appears, but when I tap "CLAIM REWARD", nothing happens and I cannot continue.

 

I have already restarted the game, cleared the cache, restarted my phone, and tried a different internet connection. The issue is still happening.

 

Please check my account and manually grant the Scouting Camp Ticket or fix the stuck reward. I have attached a screenshot showing the issue

    Hi there.
    Thanks for reaching out and listing the troubleshooting steps you've already tried.
    Could you let us know roughly how long this has been happening? Also, do you happen to have access to another mobile device where you can log into your account and test if the reward can be claimed from there?
