Dear FIFA/EA Support,

 

I am experiencing a serious issue with the game, as it is not working on my device. Every time I try to launch it, it fails to load or does not work properly, which prevents me from playing.

 

I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including restarting my phone, switching internet connections, clearing the cache, and reinstalling the game, but the issue still persists.

 

Please investigate this problem and help me resolve it as soon as possible. I would appreciate your support and look forward to your response.

    Hey! Please make sure your device's date, time, and region settings are correct. If you've recently changed your region, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. You can temporarily swap your device language to English and then reinstall.
