Subject: Issue with Draft Spin Counter and Pity Guarantee Progress (FC Mobile)
Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to report a potential bug/glitch regarding the counter progress in the Draft Event (Champions: Bayern A).
Here are the details of the issue I am facing:
- Pool B Guarantee Reset: I completed multiple draft spins (around 20 or more drafts). I have already received a Pool B player twice, and after each pull, the Pool B guaranteed counter properly reset back to 10 drafts.
- Pool A Counter Not Decreasing Properly: Despite performing around 20 or more draft spins, the "POOL A Guaranteed in" counter only decreased by 1 draft (it currently shows 49 Drafts instead of reducing proportionally to around 30). None of my total spins seem to be counting toward the Pool A pity guarantee system, even though draft tokens were deducted.
Since I have spent resources on these spins, I kindly request you to check my account logs, correct the Pool A guarantee counter, or credit the missing pity progress to my account.
