I have been unable to log in to my FC Mobile 26 account for over 7 months now. I have tried all recommended troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the app, switching networks, clearing cache, and attempting login on multiple devices, but nothing has worked.

Device: [OPPO/K12X]
Platform: Android-15
Description of issue: Every time I attempt to log in, I receive an error or the process fails.
Troubleshooting steps already taken: Reinstalled app, cleared cache, switched networks, reset account password, tried different devices.
The issue has persisted since: [ Late March 2025.]
