**Subject: Persistent H2H Gameplay Responsiveness Issue**

Hello EA FC Mobile Support,

I am experiencing a persistent gameplay issue in Head-to-Head (H2H). My entire team feels unusually slow from the beginning of the match, including delayed player movement, passing, and other inputs. My opponent's players appear to respond normally, and the in-game ping indicator remains green and stable.

The issue lasts for approximately 2–7 days and then sometimes resolves on its own. I have tested my account on another device, but the same problem persists. General troubleshooting has not resolved it.

Could you please investigate whether this may be related to an account-specific issue, H2H gameplay behavior, or a server-side problem?
