Subject: Request for Fair Compensation – Malen Star Shards Glitch

Dear EA SPORTS FC Mobile Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the Malen Star Shards glitch on 15 October 2026.

While many players reportedly obtained hundreds of thousands or even millions of Star Shards through this exploit, players like myself have spent considerable time and resources earning our rewards legitimately.

As a dedicated FC Mobile player competing in FC Champion, I believe this situation has created a significant competitive imbalance.

I would like EA to investigate the unfair advantages gained through this glitch and consider providing meaningful compensation to players who did not exploit it.

In my opinion, fair compensation for players who did not exploit the glitch should include:

- 100,000 Star Shards

- One 123 OVR player

- One 124 OVR player

I believe this would be a reasonable compensation package considering the enormous number of Star Shards reportedly obtained by players who exploited the glitch.

I kindly ask EA to consider this proposal and provide an official response.

I would also appreciate an official statement explaining how EA intends to address this issue.
