1 day agoHey there! If the problem persists on different devices, could you also try testing on a different network, just to rule out a connection issue? Also, are you using any VPN service?
Please try opening the https://store.fcm.ea.com/en-ie/easports-fcmobile webstore in a different browser as well. If the issue still continues, scroll to the bottom of the webstore page and use the Customer Support / Contact Us option.
