Subject: Ultimate Saliba Exchange – 115+ TOTYs Not Recognized

Hello EA Support,

I’m having a problem with the Ultimate Saliba TOTY exchange in FC Mobile. I currently own several 115+ TOTY players (Jude Bellingham 115, Bastoni 115, Stiller 115, Gabriel Jesus 115), but the exchange only shows my highest OVR TOTYs (120 Owen, 120 Dembélé, 116 Donnarumma) and ignores all other eligible 115+ TOTYs, even though they are fully upgraded and in my collection.

I have tried:

• Placing the 115+ TOTYs into my starting lineup

• Saving and refreshing the squad

• Restarting the app

…but the exchange still does not recognize them.

I spent rank-up shards and resources to upgrade these TOTYs and would like them to be manually registered for the Ultimate Saliba exchange so I can complete it.
