Subject: Unable to Claim 3rd Anniversary Milestone Compensation

I cannot claim the compensation rewards. Please investigate this issue and help me receive the rewards on my account.I received the “3rd Anniversary Milestone Fix & Celebration Rewards!” message in my FC Mobile inbox. However, the Item Pack is unresponsive, and the RECEIVE ALL button is greyed out.
