Subject: Unable to Exchange Record Breaker Mbeumo and UCL Gabriel for Shards

Dear EA SPORTS FC Mobile Support Team,

I would like to report a possible bug in EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

I am trying to exchange my Record Breaker Bryan Mbeumo and UCL Gabriel cards for shards, but the game says that these players are still in my lineup. Because of this, I cannot exchange them, even though I want to use them for shards.

I was able to sell my UTOTY Dembélé successfully, so I am confused about why Mbeumo and Gabriel are blocked. Is this happening because they are older event players, or is it a lineup-related bug?

Please investigate this issue and help me remove the incorrect lineup restriction so I can exchange both players for shards.
