Suddenly account lost

Why did my FC Mobile account suddenly disappear? It’s like it reset itself all of a sudden, even though I didn’t do anything to it—I didn’t delete any data either. It’s like I’m back at the very beginning of the tutorial with Jude Bellingham again, and my OVR is back down to 123. It reset yesterday morning after I finished watching Argentina vs. England. I was about to log in for a moment, but suddenly my OVR was low again 🫠 Can you please restore my account? 🥲 The top photo is the new OVR after it was lost, and the bottom photo is my old OVR, before it was lost.

    I've linked my EA and Google Play Games accounts, but when I log in, it's still a small OVR account, as shown in the photo.

    Hey ArdanSintani​,

    Did you have your account linked? If so, you should be able to get your progress back by just signing in with that account again.
