Hello EA Support,
My FC Mobile account is banned Error 0x00102710. UserId: 846687458907516928. Username: GAS-MUBARAK.
I did not buy coins or use cheats. I just played normally. My OVR is 128 and my account still exists but I cannot login. I think this is a false ban from Anniversary event bug. Please review my account manually.
