Hello. I received a 168-day ban and I believe it may be a mistake.

I really love playing FC Mobile and I have been playing daily for about 2–3 years. I would never use hacks, cheats, or share my account with anyone.

I logged in once from an older phone. That phone may have had other apps in the past, but I never used hacks in FC Mobile and never on this account. I only played offline missions against AI teams and always played fairly.

Please review my account again. If the ban was applied by mistake, I kindly ask for the ban to be removed and, if possible, some compensation for the time I was unable to play (such as gems or rank points).
