Money disappear

I sell Szoboszlai 116 CM

I sold a player. I received the money, but after 2 seconds the amount disappeared. Can someone check the history? Will they give me the money back? Where did it go? Why did it disappear? I put a pic what player is.

    Duplicate - but raise a ticket with EA via the in-game menu, as I mentioned in the other thread.
