Re: Suspended for no reason [0x00002710]

Hello sorry for the mess but my account was suspended days ago without giving me a reason (I was playing the Cristiano's record breakers challenge and went to refresh when everything happened). As you can see in the files added it shows "Error Code 0x00102710", which I saw in another cases is the same and "Your account has been banned for an '' hour." But the time is never state and I'm like a week since I can't log in and by that I can't get mi account ID.

I also can't understand if the suspension as my penalty historial don't show anything even after a week (as seem in the screenshot). I already used the web form of EA Help site but I only got one email.

Is there I remove the suspension from my account? Because I liked the game and played regulary and it has been a week since they susppension happened and didn't get an awnsers. If somebody can help me it would be welcome :D

Hi h5boma0n772q,

I'm sorry, I'm not sure why your account might be banned. Our Terms of Service team could take a look into this for you though. To reach them you'll need to send in a ban appeal using the steps pinned to the top of this thread.

Hi sorry for taking some of your time but I already did it, today I got another e-mail but the content was the same as the first. Submit an appeal and see the ban/suspenssion terms. I already give all the info I can give (I know my team, nickname, league, server and I even used a transaction). I still don't know why I've been banned :'D

I'm sorry, I won't know why you're banned. The Terms of Service team email you receive in response to the ban investigation usually informs you whether the ban is still in place or has been overturned due to no rules being broken. It may point to a rule broken, too.

If you'd like, please pop up the email you received about your appeal (block out any email addresses, names, or IDs for privacy), and I can review it to try to help break down the information.
