Tag Trade-In Problem

Upon selecting the 116 tag and moments tag in the TOTS exchange chapter, I clicked claim to see the options (as usually the options appear in every other scenario).

However, instead of the popup of the available cards appearing, the reward was suddenly claimed and gave me 116 Julian Alvarez. This likely should not happen, and I just want to know whether there will be compensation for this.
