Technical Issue: EA SPORTS FC Mobile Flagged as Incompatible on Oppo A18 4G
I am writing to bring an issue to your attention regarding device compatibility for EA SPORTS FC Mobile following a recent update.
My device is an Oppo A18 4G, running Android 13 with 4GB of RAM and a MediaTek Helio G85 processor. Until recently, I was able to play the game smoothly and have logged over 230 hours of playtime. However, after a recent update, the Google Play Store now displays the error: "This app is no longer compatible with your device. Contact the developers for more info."
Given that my device meets the recommended performance standards for entry-level gaming and has successfully run the game for a significant amount of time, I believe this compatibility block on the Google Play Store may be an error or an overly restrictive hardware filter applied during the latest patch.
Could you please review the device compatibility list for the MediaTek Helio G85 (Mali-G52 GPU) chipset and issue a hotfix or adjustment on the Google Play Console so affected players can continue receiving official updates?
