The controls are not working.

I am writing to report a serious issue with the controls during competitive Head-to-Head (H2H) matches.

Despite having a strong and stable internet connection, I have now lost three consecutive matches due to completely unresponsive controls. My players frequently fail to react to my commands, making it practically impossible to play properly or compete fairly.

This issue is extremely frustrating, especially in competitive matches where every action and second matters. Losing matches because of technical problems rather than actual gameplay is simply unacceptable.

I kindly urge the FC Mobile team to investigate this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

I have attached a video clearly demonstrating the problem.

I would appreciate a prompt response and a solution to this issue.

    Have you tried clearing your cache and restarting your device yet? Sometimes, adjusting your in-game setup can really help improve performance.
    Try disabling Auto Play and turning down other settings in your gameplay menu, then test a match to see if things feel smoother.
