The curious case of missing players

Off late some of the players I had selected in the LIVE OVR section of The World’s Game has vanished from my players’ list. I have not used them for shards as I was waiting for their OVR upgrades to use them for exchange but they seem to be missing from my players’ list since 06/29. Sspecially Pau Cubarsi and Doué. You can see Ndoye still present in the list. Adding screenshots for reference. Expecting the players to return to my players’ list with their increased OVRs.

    Hey there 

    If you are sure you haven't used them for any exchanges, you should contact the Customer Support from settings for missing players.
