The last bug and something personal

Dear sir or madam I would like to inform you about the last bug where players bought a footballer for 500 shards and sold him for 1,5 k shards making other players fall behind so we demand a compensation

Now let’s go to the personal This summer my phone broke and I couldn’t play FC mobile and I lost progress may you EA help me a bit more because I’m struggling to keep up with the community but I think you already give me a little help so thank you very much

Thank you for reading this

With respect
