Hello EA, I want to address a problem about claiming redeem code. Whenever I visit your website to redeem redeem codes it don't let me claim it instead shows that I have already received or claimed the revord but I haven't redeem it and I don't get any redeem code rewards.

Would you be able to share a screenshot of the exact error message that you see on the website when you try to redeem a new, active promo code?
Also, just to be safe, please double-check that you are logging into the website using the exact same email address that is linked to your in-game account.
