I used the new redeem code ITSTHETOTYS and it said 'invalid captcha'

On your account, do you see options to link your FC profile to any of the available services (Facebook, EA Account, etc.)?
If those options aren’t visible, there’s a chance the account was created with an incorrect date of birth (which can limit certain features).
