I logged in for 7 days straight to claim a reward but instead it says -7/6 and I can't claim the reward, please tell me how I went into the past because it days negative seven out of six days and why does it say out of 6 instead of out of 7?

When did you go to that tab for the 1st time? Asking as there is an older issue that requires you to focus on the quest before these get counted.
