FC Mobile Pack Luck, Gems, and VSA Matchmaking

I spent All the gems in have on gems still don't get any player from pool A . Every player gets the good player you just give me **bleep** player . You guys don't do anything thing fair . I don't get any good match ups in vs games also .

Provide me some compensation for the time I spent on this game. I get so emotionally unstable while i play this game

    Hi there. Thanks for joining our forums.
    For packs, player rewards are based on the pack probabilities shown in-game. Getting lower-value players repeatedly can feel unfair, but bad pack luck by itself is not something we can treat as a bug or grant compensation for.
