This is unacceptable

This is my 3rd complaint for fc26 alone I had no complaints before in any fc games honestly I was so happy I suggested 30 of my friends to start playing fc and now the things you guys are doing to the f2p family is crazy we are not getting as good players as p2w they get all the best players and what we rely on free rewards I am not even getting them as i complainted before I am again not able to claim my free draft voucher from the fc pro rewards and again feel free just drop them into account and as compensation i need 10 drafts and 500 rank points
