Title: FC Mobile Error 20036 — League Cooldown Preventing Me From Joining

Hello EA team,

I am unable to join any league because of error code 20036: “Member in hop cool off time.”

I am worried that I will miss tomorrow's league rewards because of this restriction. Please clarify how long the cooldown lasts and whether there is any way to resolve it before the rewards are distributed.
