Missing Weekly League Rewards
Hello,
Today is Thursday, but I have not received my Ligue rewards in my mailbox. I completed all the required tasks, but the rewards have still not been delivered to my account.
Could you please...
Forum Discussion
Hi EA Team,
I am writing to report a bug that is severely disrupting my gameplay experience:
1. I have not received league rewards for 2 consecutive weeks, leading to a loss of over 19k gems.
Reading other discussions, it seems these problems are facing many many others as well. 19k gems is nearly 7 draft vouchers, which is a lot.
Please resolve this at the earliest possible. Also, is some form of compensation possible for those who have also faced this issue, as it is a deficit of 19k gems? Please compensate us and fix the bug. This is making the game very hard to play. At least give all of us a reassurance you have noted this issue.
Hoping for prompt assistance and compensation.
edit: changed title to make it more specific
Also, a previous glitch from a few months ago. The World's Game exchanges. Those who missed the small extra window for exchanges shut lost out on lots of players. Now all have 1222mbappes in their team. Those who missed it lost out on loads of good players
