TOTY Main and TOTY BUG

Hi EA,

I have been playing FC recently and in the main page of TOTY it shows that if you get 4 TOTY midfielders, you get 1000 gems. I have more than 4 midfielders but it is not giving me the rewards. Same issue with TOTY attackers. It says if you get more than 10 TOTY players, you will be able to claim the reward. I have more than 10 players but I am unable to receive the reward. Please take a look into this issue

Hello, and thanks for getting in touch. Please make sure you’re checking the players still available in your account inventory, rather than the Badge section of the game. Keep in mind that Icon items do not count, so double-check your inventory to be sure.
